Each job is claimed once per day, so a restart cannot run one twice. A job whose hour
passed while the Control Panel was down runs at the next check rather than being skipped.
“Run now” clears today’s claim and re-runs it — use it to recover a
missed run or to see the effect of a change without waiting until tomorrow.
